We will then receive a message with your details and will contact you within one working day.

Step 2 - ContactList item 2After the request, we will contact you to discuss the details and answer any further questions. Do you need a valuation for a home that you are going to buy? Then we will schedule the valuation appointment with the selling agent or current owner. Of course, we will let you know as soon as the appointment is scheduled, so that you are informed of the progress during the valuation process. Does the valuation concern your own home? Then we will be happy to schedule a time for the recording with you. Do you have a busy schedule? Our planning is flexible enough to ensure that we can come at short notice and that you receive your valuation report quickly.

Step 3 - RecordingList item 3We will schedule an appointment to record the property as soon as possible for the valuation report. Before we visit the property, we will go through all relevant information and documents of the property. This includes the notary's deed of transfer, zoning plan, cadastral extract and available soil and foundation surveys. In the case of an apartment, documents from the Owners' Association are necessary for the valuation. We will request these from the owner of the property or the selling broker prior to the recording. For example, the deed of division, annual accounts, minutes and the Multi-Year Maintenance Plan (MJOP). Are you going to renovate or green? Then you must also submit a renovation specification. This can be done very easily via www.verbouwingsopgave.nl. We will also send you an empty renovation specification that you can fill in. The recording itself takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the size and complexity of the property. The appraiser inspects the property both inside and out, takes photos and measures the rooms. We are required to add these photos to the valuation report. It is not necessary to prepare the home for a valuation. It is important that the appraiser can reach everything, such as a storage room or the floor hatch to the crawl space.

Step 4 - Valuation reportList item 4After the recording, the valuation is elaborated in a valuation report according to the latest requirements, so that every lender will accept the report. As soon as the market value has been determined on the basis of the available data, reference homes, relevant documents and other information, we offer the report for validation to the NWWI. You will receive your valuation report by e-mail from the NWWI. The invoice will also follow by e-mail as soon as the report has been received by you. In most cases, this invoice is deductible for income tax. Do you have any questions or comments regarding the valuation report? No problem, after delivering the report we will always contact you to discuss any questions or comments. Of course, we can also be reached by telephone or e-mail.
